At You Can Buy (UCB, LLC.), we pride ourselves on being the industry leader in the areas of disclosure, quality control, customer service, and, complaint resolution. You Can Buy purchasing process is designed for simplicity, clarity and to help our customers succeed in purchasing the technology products they want or need.
Disclosure
Because You Can Buy customers are entering into a fully cancelable, but binding layaway agreement, we believe it’s our obligation to make every effort to ensure they understand the terms and conditions of the sale. To facilitate full transparency and understanding, our sales specialists:
- Review the price of the equipment at the end of each sales call and ask for a verbal confirmation;
- Ask each customer to verbally agree and verify their understanding of the sales terms by saying “OK” multiple times during the verification section of each call as well as providing a 4 digit PIN number that represents the customer’s digital signature;
- Ask the customer to verbally agree to our non-cash refund policy of providing store credit at You Can Buy if they should elect to cancel their purchase prior to our ordering the computer from our manufacturer (if applicable).
Further, within 48 hours of each sales call, You Can Buy mails disclosure documents further outlining the terms of the agreement. These documents must be signed and returned by the customer prior to financing their computer (if applicable). The contract is listed here online (Contract).
Quality Control
You Can Buy is the industry leader in quality control. We have invested significant time and attention - as well as human and financial resources - to ensure that our operators fully meet stringent customer service and disclosure standards required by all governing bodies.
To ensure quality:
- The verbal verification section of each sales call is recorded, archived digitally and can be retrieved for quick review.
- Sales calls undergo a review process and evaluation. Should a You Can Buy sales representative fail to meet our high standards, the call is flagged and the customer is personally contacted to confirm they understand the terms and conditions of their sales agreement.
- Within days of a completed sale, we call the customer to welcome them to You Can Buy to further confirm that they understand and are comfortable with the terms of the sales agreement.
Customer Service
You Can Buy’s customer service strives to be the best in the industry. Before any transaction takes place, You Can Buy sales representatives undergo an intense multi-day training and evaluation session to ensure they will meet the highest quality standards. You Can Buy employees also undergo periodic retraining to reinforce the company’s policies and procedures.
